It’s early December and Christmas is coming – a little too soon for alpine resorts which have suffered a dramatic thaw since the November snowstorms.


The contrast between conditions above 2000m and below could hardly be greater.

The stark reality is evident from the webcam images, so we thought we’d share some of them with you.
