Ever come back from a winter sports holiday feeling heavier than before?
All of us, surely…
Who doesn’t go for big lunches on the mountain?
The switch menu is designed to offer a lighter evening meal over a range of cuisines from French to Asian dishes.
Or tailor it to mix and match light and hearty through the week.
Just get the group to decide on the evening meal and holler two weeks before arrival.
All of VIP SKI’s wines are selected by the experienced Sommelier, Xavier Rousset, who was announced the Ruinart UK Sommelier of the Year in 2002.
Xavier pairs the wine to complement the flavour of each dish.
Again, two weeks before give VIP SKI a call and plan your wine for the week.
