Our latest images come from Verbier in Switzerland.
From our man in the resort, Steve Sparks, who has his ear to the ground.
He is a big ski mate of PlanetSKI editor, James Cove.
“Lifts are opening on Friday, but I’m planning to skin up on Thursday to get my first turns of the season with skiing down to the Medran at resort level an absolute cert. Never known that before,” said Steve.
“James you really should get your ass out here asap, you old sausage.”
