Ninety-minute ‘goat yoga' classes will be taking place once again in St Moritz in September. Pardon?

This energising experience is shared with five friendly goats and Diana, a certified yoga instructor.

They say that yoga calms the body and mind, and these classes combine physical exercises with breathing techniques.

And, er, goats.

Apparently it encourages participants to relax and enjoy the peaceful nature of their beautiful surroundings.

Classes are suitable for all levels.

One UK ski operator, Inghams Ski, offers summer holidays to nearby Davos.

"Catch the train to St Moritz for a day trip like no other!" said a spokeswoman from the company.

"How about some 'Goat Yoga' in St.Moritz? Take a day trip from Davos & Klosters to try out this extraordinary experience!" it added on Facebook.

Goat Yoga is all the rage and is apparently a new celebrity exercise routine.

The BBC presenter, Emily Maitlis, seems to find it a great way to unwind.

She recently posted the image below on Twitter:

PlanetSKI's senior news reporter, Katie Bamber, likes a spot of yoga.

But with a goat?

"Yoga, nature, animals - all good things," Katie comments.

"And practicing yoga in nature even better... But I don't know what I think about doing yoga and being clambered on by a goat.

"When I do yoga at home my dog gets involved and sits in the way. It's mostly sweet..."

"Then again, that's my own dog to get annoyed at. I'm not sure I've even ever touched a goat, and it probably wouldn't be my first choice of animal to hang out and be zen with..."

Katie has practiced yoga in the mountains in winter and summer.

And Katie is hoping to be at this yoga event in Verbier later this summer:

We wonder if there will be any goats there... maybe she'll be a convert.
