The charity that aims to turn young lives around through snowsports has been granted a Princess Royal Training Award.

The prestigious award is for Snow-Camp's outstanding youth training and development programmes.

The charity was one of five charities to receive the recognition.

It will receive the award from the Princess Royal, Princess Anne, at a ceremony in October.

"We're thrilled to have been awarded a Princess Royal Training Award," said Snow-Camps Communications Manager, Anna Kent.

"It's an absolute honour to have been recognised for our training and development programmes, especially alongside such respected organisations including The Royal Navy and RBS."
