Saturday November 2, 2019 - Email this article to a friend

If you want to be at home for Xmas and New Year with a ski in between then step forward Ski Weekender.

Ski Weekender offers short breaks to a handful of selected resorts in the French Alps.

You may want to ski between Christmas and New Year or perhaps don't have the time or money for a full week across the festive period.

This winter Ski Weekender is offering holidays where you can be at home for Christmas and New Year, plus ski the four days in between.

You can fly out on Boxing Day (Thursday 26th), enjoy 4 days of hassle-free skiing and then return on Monday 30th in good time to see in 2020 the next day.

See here for more details.

Alternativley the short-break specialist is offering a quick break to see in the New Year in style.

"If you would like a truly memorable way to see in 2020, pack your black tie or party frock and join us at the Aravis Lodge," said the managing director, Paul Turnbull.

"There will be bubbles and canapes to start the evening, followed by a sumptuous buffet, casino evening and our own firework display on the stroke of midnight to top off a fantastic night you won't forget".
