Winter zip wires for La Plagne
Friday September 4, 2015 - Email this article to a friend

Eight new zip wires have been installed over the summer to offer some winter adrenalin.

They range from 50m to 200m and run form Belle Plagne to Plagne-Belecote.

6 are over 100m long.

There are spider nets and wooden bridges and a 9m jump at the end.

The zip wires will be up to 45m off the ground.

2000m of cable has been used in the construction of the facility.

"The wires will be open all winter and offer a fun, new slope-side activity, and a different take on traditional après events," said a statement from the resort.

Check out the video of what it will be like.

The route through the trees takes about 90 minutes.
