Fancy Some Free Ski Lessons?

Chamonix in France is offering two to six day free group ski lessons. They are on offer from January 1st 2022 except for the February school holidays.

The resort is making the move to encourage people back to the resort.

“The aim of this unique offer is to thank customers for their loyalty, to encourage guests to experience something new and at the same time, to support local businesses who have endured difficult times over the past 20 months,” said the local tourist office.

The offer is valid for for all levels and ages and for all types of ski activity: downhill, off-piste, ski touring and cross-country.

It is a tourist office initiative, supported by the Chamonix Valley municipality.

The lessons are available to all guests staying a minimum of three nights in commercial accommodation – hotels, apartments and gites.

Bookings can be made directly with the resort’s ski school partners up until three days before the first lesson (subject to availability) on presentation of your booking confirmation or your guest card.
