And the Winners Are…

PlanetSKI recently ran a competition to win copies of Ultimate Skiing Adventures. We don’t normally do competitions but with 187 interested in this one, then perhaps things might change.

The competition is over and winners have been drawn.

They are:

Cristina Turcan –  The Netherlands

Darragh O’Reilly – Ireland

Cameron Harris –  UK

It is an interesting snapshot of PlanetSKI’s international reach.

They had a simple question to answer:

Which is the world’s biggest linked ski area?

And the correct answer is… (drum roll)… Les 3 Vallees.

So, what will the three be settling down to read?

The book is by PlanetSKI’s gear editor, Alf Alderson.

It takes you on a voyage of discovery around the planet’s biggest, best and most unusual ski destinations.

From the mega resorts of the French Alps to the spectacular mini resorts of Georgia.

Plus there’s sailing along Iceland’s mountainous north coast in search of fresh tracks.

Illustrated with great imagery from some of the world’s top ski photographers.

It features commentary and advice from a wide range of ski experts –  ‘Ultimate Skiing Adventures’ is the perfect read before or after a day on the slopes.
