OVO Network Expands into Switzerland

High end chalet rental specialist OVO Network, until now solely offering chalets in France, has launched its first chalet to rent in Switzerland. NEW

Set in the Valais region, close to Val Ferret, Chalet Cinq Moutons is 10/15 minutes from the slopes at La Fouly and Champex and 20 minutes from Le Châble, that offers fast access to Verbier.

It sleeps up to 16 guests (12 adults) and the chalet is good for two/three families, with one week rental starting from €7,990 [€500 per person, per week, based on 16 sharing].

The Chalet Cinq Moutons has seven bedrooms over three floors with views through the double height glass windows, together with a range of facilities including a hot tub, gym and sauna.

“We are seeing growing demand for resorts that offer a more charming, less frenetic experience than some of the bigger ski resorts, and this property near Val Ferret is a perfect example of somewhere we believe will be very popular,” said the founder of OVO Network, Tim Andrews.

“We already have over 300 chalets in France, many of which are in lesser known ski areas, but demand for our properties continues to grow and not just for winter – the Alps are now undoubtedly a year round destination.

“We’re adding new properties all the time, but we carefully select each one for its ‘wow’ factor, be that in terms of location and views, exceptional interiors or high-end facilities such as hot tubs and cinema rooms.

“Combine all these factors in an unknown area and guests have a very special Alpine holiday experience, while our owners achieve strong bookings not just in winter, but throughout the year.”

Chalet Les Roses des Alpes – Thônes/La Clusaz – With breathtaking views and an outdoor hot tub, this family friendly chalet for up to eight guests offers easy access to the pretty market town of Thônes and is just 20 minutes from the skiing in La Clusaz.

7-nights rental from 11 February 2023 costs €2890 – or around €361 per person based on eight sharing.
