The French ski resort is focusing on its culinary offerings with a whole host of new additions that it hopes will delight its visitors.
There’s new exclusive establishments, new talented chefs, world cuisine and French cuisine, a cosy or festive atmosphere in the up-market resort in Les3Vallees.
“There are so many exceptional culinary experiences at our resort, guaranteed to whet the appetite of our visitors who have come here from all over the globe,” said the resort.
So, we asked Courchevel to go into detail on what is on offer:
Opening: Kinugawa Courchevel 1850
The famous name from the Blackcode and Annie Famose groups, already well-established in Paris for its contemporary Japanese cuisine and in Ramatuelle, opened its doors in December 2023.
It combines the luxurious elegance of Kinugawa with an intimate Alpine atmosphere.
Visitors can expect to be welcomed into a cosy little haven as they enjoy the quintessence of Japanese cuisine with the iconic Kinugawa signature dishes.
- The famous crispy Taruto galette with slices of salmon delicately infused with white truffle;
- The tasty yellow tail carpaccio with yuzu sauce, green chilli and coriander
- Tuna tartar with caviar
- The one-of-a-kind black cod marinated in miso.
The Wagyu steak can be shared, as can many other suggestions on the menu.
At the bar, you’ll find a selection of Franco-Japanese cocktails on the menu.
We suggest coming to the bar for a drink as soon as it opens, before then enjoying a meal at the restaurant, or for a drink after dinner, to enjoy the casual, party atmosphere with DJ sets every evening.

The whole idea for Cosy Box is focused on appearance, as they call upon international contemporary artists to create one-of-a-kind yet intimate settings.
British artist Julian Mayor will be in charge of this Cosy Box, creating a real experience of his world, renowned across the globe for his sculptures made from abstract geometrical shapes.
As for the food, the original menu was created by Alexandre Delage, head chef for the Annie Famose group, based on contemporary-style Italian cuisine, showcasing exceptional products and with the added bonus of elegant presentation.
