SunGod’s Latest Goggles

In our series that looks at ski and snowboarding gear we put SunGod’s new Ullrs™ through their paces out on the slopes.

The Ullrs™, are inspired by the Norse god of snow & skiers, and are the brand’s first all-new pair of ski goggles since 2018.

They are the product of 5 years of R&D with some of the world’s best snowsports athletes, including Freeride World Tour Champions Maxime Chabloz and Ari Tricomi.

So, what about the technical stuff?

The Abbe Value, or clarity rating, of SunGod’s 8KO® lens material is 45, which is up to 70% clearer than industry-standard polycarbonate lenses and as clear as the surface of the human eye.

Ullrs™️ lenses are constructed from a cylindrical, dual-layer material, featuring triple-layer scratch resistance and anti-fog coatings for long-lasting vision and durability.

This is paired with a compact goggle geometry that enhances spatial awareness and reduces glare.
