Ski Solutions has recently announced an official charity partnership with the Snow Sports Foundation, SSF.
Its mission is to provide life-changing experiences and employability to those with additional needs, mental health challenges, disabilities and financial hardship through inclusive snow sports coaching.
SSF raises funds to help students build their confidence through lessons at The Snow Centre in Hemel Hempstead.
Funds raised both during the charity cycle and the partnership at large will help SSF to continue to deliver these opportunities and support with ski lessons, instructor qualifications, and support groups.
“We are honoured to be supporting the Snow Sports Foundation’s mission to make skiing accessible to all, and we are ready to tackle this ride,” said the Managing Director of Ski Solutions, Ian Mcllrath.
“As an avid cyclist, I am looking forward to the challenge of this 965 km charity bike ride and the future of our partnership with SSF.
“As official partners, I am happy to announce that we will also donate £1 per passenger to SSF for every tailor-made ski holiday booked with us this season”.
Richard Fetherston, Founder of the Snow Sports Foundation, expressed his gratitude, stating, “We are so grateful for the funding we receive as it not only benefits the funded individuals in the development of their own life skills, but also enhances their family, school and social environments”.To donate, please visit https://www.justgiving.com/page/ski-solutions-bike-ride
