Alpine, Freestyle, XC & More – GB Snowsports Athletes in Action

There’s a big programme of sporting action for GB skiers and snowboarders over the next 7 days, including two men’s slalom World Cups and the X Games in Aspen, Colorado. We have the full calendar and all the recent results. NEW

Dave Ryding and his fellow slalom skiers, Laurie Taylor and Billy Major, will be kept busy with two classic races in Austria just a few days apart – Kitzbuehel and the Schladming night slalom.

Schladming is one of those events that has to be seen to be believed.

Up first is Kitzbuehel, which has been a very successful hunting ground for Ryding in the past, with a second place in 2023 which followed his first historic World Cup victory the previous year.

Among the other highlights over the next week will be the brilliant freestyle snowboarder, Mia Brookes, in the USA for the prestigious X Games, alongside halfpipe skier, Zoe Atkin.

Brookes turned 18 this week, just one day after picking up her 3rd World Cup win of the season.

Both Brookes and Atkin are X Games Champions and last year there was gold for Brookes and silver for Atkin.
