Scottish Indoor Ski Slope to be Replaced by Go-Kart Track

There is set to be a three-decker indoor track at the former site of Snowfactor in Braehead.

If it goes ahead it will be the longest track in the world and will be part of a £5.5m development by K1 Speed

K1 Speed is a karting organisation with 70 venues in the USA.

The Snowfactor site shut down in 2022 due to safety concerns and the rising cost of repairs and energy bills.
