Margit Widauer grew up in St Johann in the Wilder Kaser region of the Tirol. She’s a cheese maker during the summer and by the time winter comes she has more time to enjoy the great Austrian outdoors. When she’s out in the fresh air she chooses between skiing, snow shoe hiking, cross country or other snow related sports.
