Thinking of Skiing in Austria This Coming Winter?

We have asked the Austrian National Tourist Office to tells us about its attractions – new and old.

First snow has already been falling at altitude with some glacier resorts already open.

“Austria holds firm as a top skiing destination for Brits. And – while, we admit it, we might be a bit biased – it’s easy to see why,” said the Austrian National Tourist Office.

The resorts are easy to reach, not least thanks to brand new flight connections from the UK.

They are great value for money which is a significant factor in the current economic climate.

Many have snow-sure pistes well into springtime.
