Inghams Recovers from Cyber Attack

Last week its parent company Hotelplan UK was hit by a cyber attack. It also affected Esprit Ski and Santa’s Lapland. NEW

Investigations into the IT disruption are still taking place, but most of systems have now been restored and the group is well on the way back to business as usual.

“I know that our systems being down might have caused you inconvenience, and I’d like to apologise again for any disruption, and if you had problems getting hold of us,” said the MD of Hotelplan UK, John Mansell.

“There may be a few things that are not completely back online yet, so please bear with us, and use the contact details on the website.

“Thank you for your patience and support.”
