Crystal Ski Offers Help to Get People Back to the Slopes

The UK’s largest ski operator has created a special  information hub to help people navigate through all the details about getting to the slopes with all the various Covid-19 rules and regulations.

“It’s going to be different so we want to make sure customers are as informed as they possibly can be to hit the slopes and enjoy their return to the mountains,” said Crystal Ski Holidays.

·       New travel and local covid requirements hub – travel with confidence.

·       Detailed entry requirements for key ski destinations and local on-the ground information.

·       Regularly updated and supported by App sharing latest in resort testing info.

·       Access to excellent value Covid testing kits starting from £15 per person.

Currently restrictions in most of Europe are different to those in the UK.

The online resource covers everything from proving Covid status to enter public spaces like bars and restaurants, to wearing a face mask and social distancing.

People can find out what they need to do in advance of travel, what they can expect on their journey, in their hotels and resorts and on the mountains.

Restrictions vary from destination to destination so it’s vital that anyone travelling this winter is clear about the local guidelines in place for the resort they are visiting and has everything in place to adhere to them.

“Travelling is a bit different now and there are some things our customers need to think about that they wouldn’t usually have to,” said the Managing Director of Crystal Ski Holidays, Chris Logan.

“We want to make it as easy as possible and will make sure they are equipped with all the information they need.

“Our new comprehensive travel hub will be constantly updated, and customers will get detailed emails with information specific to their destination.

“We’ll also use our App to let them know about any testing requirements in resorts and how and where to get tested.

“The way we travel now may be different but with the right information and some pre-planning it doesn’t have to be terribly difficult.

“And whilst many things have changed, the essential exhilaration of a ski holiday remains as thrilling as ever.”

Crystal’s new travel hub also provides details of how to buy easy and affordable test packages starting at just £15 per person with government-approved providers Chronomics, as well as a range of other options.

Crystal Ski Holidays first flights to European ski destinations will depart on 12th December.
