GB has had further snowboarding success as Mia Brookes has taken Bronze at the Aspen World Cup in Snowboard Slopestyle.

A tightly-contested final had Brookes sitting in second after the first run with a score of 74.70.

Brookes’ medal winning first run featured her trademark excellent rail work in the top section, with a bottom section comprising the frontside 7, backside 9, and cab 10 starfish to close the run.

The result gives Brookes her sixth World Cup podium of the season, and her third in Slopestyle, and means she now has ten career World Cup podiums since taking her first in January 2023.
