Snow Camp Goes from Strength to Strength

The charity that helps inner city children become involved in snowsports believes that representation and opportunity go hand in hand.

Its award-winning apprenticeship programme gives young people from diverse backgrounds the chance to build a future in the snowsports industry – gaining skills, confidence and qualifications along the way.

This year it introduced its Snow Camp 2024/25 apprentices: Amiira, Charlotte, Erin, Isa, Aiden, Shiloh, Kacie and Rokas.

They’ve been on placement with Inghams in Val d’Isère, experiencing what it’s like to work in a ski resort and taking their first steps into the industry.

“From learning to teach on the slopes to developing leadership and life skills, the apprentices are proving that snowsports is for everyone,” said a statement from Snow Camp.

“By stepping into these spaces, they’re not just shaping their own futures – they’re inspiring the next generation to follow in their tracks.”
