More Heavy Snow in Australia

The latest storm has brought more than 70cm in places as the good season continues. Things are not so good in New Zealand, but there has been some fresh snow. UPDATED

It has been another good few days for snowfall in the ski resorts in Australia.

Here is the latest from Mountainwatch:

  • Hotham 77cms
  • Falls Creek 69cms
  • Perisher 67cms
  • Thredbo 71cms
  • Buller 62cms
  • Charlotte Pass 70cms

The resorts in the state of Victoria have seen some of the best of the conditions.

Further north in New South Wales it is none too shabby:

All in all it is turning into a memorable season in Australia.

The same can not be said about New Zealand.

There has been some very welcome fresh snow in the past few days, but for some it is too little, too late.
