“She has agreed to dismiss all charges against Bode Miller,” said Stafford.
“There is no evidence Bode possessed any illegal drugs.”
48-year-old Bode Miller had pleaded not guilty to the June 6 charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
No drugs were found with Miller and the passenger acknowledged ‘ownership’, Stafford said, with the charges being dismissed “factually.”
Miller won two silver medals in Salt Lake City in 2002, three medals in 2010 in Vancouver, including a gold and a bronze medal in Sochi in 2014.
