New Boss for Crystal Ski Holidays

Scott Britton replaces Chris Logan who has been promoted to Commercial Director for TUI UK&I.

TUI is the parent company of Crystal.

Scott Britton was formerly Head of Commercial and played a role in shaping the company’s strategy and operations over the years.

“I’m thrilled to take on this new challenge leading Crystal Ski Holidays,” said Scott Britton.

“Having started my career working in the Crystal contact centre over 16 years ago, I’ve gained valuable insights into what our customers truly value.

“I look forward to working with our talented team to enhance our ski proposition and deliver exceptional experiences for our customers.”
