Train Tickets to French Ski Resorts Now on Sale

The French national rail company, SNCF, has put tickets on sale for journeys between January 3rd and March 26th 2023. UPDATED

They apply for journeys such as ones that combine a Eurostar to Paris from London, St Pancras with a TGV to get into the Alps.

It is often a tricky process to book train tickets independently to resorts in the Alps.

The web site Snowcarbon that encourages train travel to ski resorts has issued some resort specific booking guides for people to help them negotiate the booking process.

They include routes to resorts in Austria, France, Italy and Switzerland.

Here are a couple of examples from the French Alps as tickets are set to go on sale:

Simply select the resort you are interested in travelling to, and then choose the ‘Book Travel’ tab at the top.

Holidays to the French Alps by train are already on sale with Travelski Express.
