The mountain restaurant Chez Simon, located in La Tzoumaz, permanently closed in August 2026 after 47 years.
The venue is now entering a new chapter as ALTICLUB 2076 and opens its doors in December 2026.
The chalet will reopen for its first winter season, marking a transitional phase before the full launch of the project.

The concept: Expect a vibrant atmosphere combining generous cuisine (cooked over an open fire), music, shared moments and après-ski overlooking the slopes.
The team: Chef Kevin Villaret and his team will welcome guests on site.
Valais-born Michelin-starred chef Pierre Crepaud is also involved behind the scenes, providing culinary inspiration and guidance.
Looking ahead to 2027/2028: Following this initial winter season, further renovations and adjustments will pave the way for the venue’s official opening and the full realisation of the concept the following season.
