The service starts on December 19th 2025 and will depart from Paris to Bourg-Saint-Maurice.
The overnight journey will take around eight hours.
The service will be run by Travelski, a subsidiary of leisure group Compagnie des Alpes.
There will be a total of 14 return journeys between December 19, 2025 and March 20, 2026, with fixed departure and arrival times aimed at giving travellers the longest time possible on the slopes.
The train will serve eight resorts in the Tarentaise Valley:
- La Plagne
- Les Arcs
- Tignes
- Méribel
- Val d’Isère
- Les Menuires
- Val Thorens
- Courchevel
The train will also serve two other stations en route: Aime, and Moutiers.

Tickets for the first journeys are scheduled to go on sale on the Travelski website later in May.
They will be included in a package that will also cover:
- Transfers to the slopes
- Accommodation
- Ski passes
- Ski equipment hire (optional).
The trains will have 660 berths plus a bar-restaurant car.
There will also be areas reserved for women traveling alone, and private cabins with bunk beds.
