Cherry Peak Resort in Utah is on the market at $22.5m (£16.75m).

Cherry Peak was named Utah’s 14th ski area in 2014 and is owned by John Chadwick who at the age of 67 is ready to retire.

There are 29 runs, three chairlifts, a magic carpet, a terrain park, night skiing, rental and ticket sales.

The resort is 15 minutes from Logan Airport and 90 minutes from Salt Lake City International Airport
